Stormy Monday – 8/52
Project 52 : 2012 – Week 8 of 52
So this last weekend’s activity was a trip out to the Pacific Ocean beaches for some well deserved rest and relaxation, some socializing with loved ones, some great food, even more wine, and clamming! It was quite the stormy weekend too, with winds howling, rain pelting and soaking us. We even lost power for which there is a funny accompaniment story, which you can read about in the comments of this photo.
Lots of wine was drank, lots of clams dug up, lots of wind blown (by the weather, not the people), charades played, and an all around great weekend. Despite the title, this wasn’t taken on Monday, but on Sunday. But T-Bone never really had a problem with Sunday… it was just the Stormy Monday blues…
The Project 52 week’s theme for week 8 was ‘landscape’. Really? Okay, I’ve already done a few landscapes for different projects this year, but okay… I’ll do it. But, like Frankie, I’m gonna do it MY way! Mwah ha ha ha ha!!!
I won’t give you the details on what MY way entails, but I WILL say this… it requires copious amounts of wine to activate.
Okay, I know this is my usual ramble on, but I thought I’d go easy on you this week.
